Just a plain ny strip steak, no oil or butter or anything. Hard to see, but under first pic is fatty strip I took off cause I don’t like the texture. 2nd picture is what was left.

A decent rule of thumb, if there’s not much butter, is Just weigh the cooked meat, convert to grams, and double that = your calories. So if that weighs 250 g then it’s 500 calories.
