Chopped pork, sliced brisket and pulled chicken with 2 sides and jalapeño cornbread.
After leaving Memphis disappointed, it was so nice to find a BBQ joint that still takes pride in their food. The brisket was top tier.

Ate there yesterday lol. Burnt ends for lunch is their best item, imo. Once it’s gets dinner time you can tell they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp. I’ve only been let down by the brisket once, years ago. They have seasonal cocktails and sides and I think that’s what sets them apart in Nashville. Great photo!

Memphis BBQ is garbage. Lacks flavor, texture, and care. The shit attitude from the restaurant workers there is the icing on the cake.
They have some pretty decent sides though, awesome banana pudding, and the concept of BBQ nachos was really cool (albeit their execution was half assed at best). But, I’d like to experiment with that a bit.
