How do they hold together when biting? My homemade vegan patties always crumble and do not spark joy.
I enjoy a good fibrous burger. Looks like an interesting recipe to try.
Homemade *burnt* burger
Sure, it looks delicious, but really just typical vegan junk food. TVP, vegan mayo, blackstrap molasses, gravy master, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, are not exactly health foods. And the sodium must be off the charts. Might as well eat potato chips, Doritos, and Fritos.
