    I also had Bucatini all’Amatriciana, but forgot to take a picture.

    The bonus picture of Linguine with Butter and Anchovy I included because it was incredible. When it first arrived, I was surprised at only one Anchovy fillet being served, but when eating it was perfection. The saltiest, most anchovy-y anchovy I’ve ever eaten so only tiny amounts were needed with each mouthful and it perfectly balanced the rich buttery pasta.
