    Sous vide? If so, make sure it’s as dry as possible before the sear, otherwise it’ll never get that crust without overcooking it. Looks great, well the cut version, uncut looks like something from a sci-fi movie

    Yup. I bought six, vac sealed them, dated them, put them in the freezer.

    Great sale. Nowadays I only get to eat steak when it is on sale/stored from a sale. This was a good one.
