Help for diagnosis

Hello there! My peppers started to have this pattern on the leaves and dunno to what to pinpoint it; they were always inside, watering them once or twice per week, and once every 2 weeks I’ll add some fertilizer; non of my other peppers seam to have any problems;
It is a Trinidad scorpion; I have some small jalapeños near that might start go have some small changes to the leaves color
