I grew my first tomato ever using cocopeat as medium and nutrients solution. does it look upto the mark? If took around 5 months and this is the result. Is the dry patchy spot due to some deficiency or a result of irregular watering?

Two adjoining tomato blossoms were pollinated and grew together but there was a gap so the plant filled it in with connective tissue. You can eat The tomato and just cut off that part.
When I’m growing tomatoes, if I see a multi-blossom deformed tomato with these inedible bits, I usually cut it off while it’s still green so the plant doesn’t expend energy growing a tomato with such a weird shape.
This has nothing to do with watering or growing medium.
