Lunches for the week. Low cooked for 7 hours, high for 1 hour. 4 hearty portions, 2 frozen and defrosted the night before. I do this incase my plans change then I dont waste any

8 regular mushrooms
10 small potatoes
4 medium carrots
2 sticks celery
2 tablespoons gravy salt (cromptons)
2 stock cubes
2 tablespoons gravy granules
2 tablespoons potato starch
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Basil

Idk why more of my friends don’t use slow cookers. It’s super easy and makes dieting kind of fun for me.
