    Low cal lunch meat / turkey sammiches are a staple for when I know I’m gonna have something high calorie later. 3oz of lunch meat, 30 cal cheese slice, 35/40/45 cal slices of bread.

    try keto potato buns!! they give extra fiber for less cals

    also have u tried velvetta cheddar cheese slices?? i recently discovered they r only 35cals per slice!!
