Is this a thing? I recently bought these for my toddler, and they’re actually pretty good. Im not saying these are a volume food, but they taste fairly sweet like a cookie, and there’s less than 1g of sugar and no fake sweeteners or sugar alcohols. I was reading the ingredients to figure out how, and there’s typical apple stuff to sweeten, which is common for baby stuff. But it seemed too sweet for just that with the amount of sugar, so I’m thinking it’s the agave inulin? I was searching to learn more and it sounds like it’s more of a fiber but also used to sweeten things, and seems to have some health benefits related to satiety. Has anyone here used it in cooking or as a sweetener? Or is this more just a processed food thing?
