Hello everyone! I have a big jar of black bean sauce in the fridge, I think I bought it like 3 years ago and it says that it expired in 2023. I just tried it and it tastes fine and smells fine, does it expire? Should I throw it out?

No. Too salty. It just dries further and you can rehydrate
