Tall 6-inch (No.1) round cake pan (Diameter 15 cm × Height 7 cm)
Egg whites: 3 (90–95 g)
Sugar: 90 g
Egg yolks: 3 (50–55 g)
Cake flour: 90 g
Salt: 1 g
Vegetable oil: 22 g
Milk: 30 g
Vanilla extract: 3 g (optional)
Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
This is a No.1 size cake, but I multiplied the recipe by 0.6 to make a mini-sized version.
The frosting is only heavy cream and 10% sugar.

This is such a beautiful and clean cake! I bet it was delicious too 😁
its adorable!!!
You said only cream so I thought the cross section was just going to be a blob of whipped cream lol
This is delightful!
I really hope everything in your world stays lovely (I do!) while also hoping that you have a plan B for supporting yourself and your daughter. (Signed, post-divorce cottagecore child)
Wow, that’s really beautiful 🤍 thank you for the recipe! I wanna try this (my piping skills are nowhere near yours though lol)
10/10 would eat
Is the inside frozen cream?
Looks delicious!
Adorable cake, even more adorable background decor🥰
Looks delicious
What a beautiful cake! I’ll bet she was so happy 😀
On goodness I love this!!!
I kinda low key hate how sweet icing is and always prefer whipped cream instead. Put some berries in or on it and I’m in heaven!
Thanks for sharing OP, hope your daughter enjoyed this beautiful cake🍰

this is so tiny and sweet 😭 i live alone so i don’t usually make many cakes but i might make more small round cakes like this for a few guests 🥺 how many people do you think this serves?
