total is about 366cals, to reduce calories i:

  • pan fried salmon on baking paper
  • less than half a cup of rice
  • seasoning logged as 40 on MFP but could be less bec i didn’t check the packaging before!
  • to make it more filling you could use a half cup or more of rice, either ways it’s still a very low cal meal that’s superrr delish
