  1. Idli dosa also healthy. Those packaged Mueseli, corn flakes are very unhealthy because of high sugar and toxic content. Instead have region wise food which our ancestors followed. Poha,Millets roti , red rice etc

  2. Ha bhai jo sadiyon se khate aa rahe hai woh chhod do…aur inka banaya khao taki yeh log jo ham sadiyon khate aa rahe hai woh khaye aur hum inka banaya hua… Definitely these things are healthy but for them where it actually started growing…hamare yaha dale bnti hai…ham dale hi khayenge
