  1. Even though the grate is stainless I’d advise not to use the middle one over the vortex. The extreme heat will destroy it.

    Nice, I’m making chicken on my Weber with the vortex tonight. You can turn that center piece 90 degrees and it will slot in better with the rest of the grate.

    Definitely a pain if it gets outta place and wobbly

  4. Remove middle grate because the heat will destroy it and cook more chicken!
