Does it fire up? All you’ll need is a drip pan and a grill top and go for it.

i have all the pieces everything is just extremely rusted

  3. wire brush, high heat spray paint, burn, rub with oil.

Looks like a pit boss Laredo, or that combo deluxe unit. Wire brush and elbow grease. The fire bowl can be replaced, but the bottom of it is the tray that slides in and out.

Use a wire brush, then coat with oil, and burn it off. Should be good to go as long as no major leaks happen.

IMO, you don’t need to replace it as those small holes in the fire pot are normal, and it looks fine to me. Full send it after you reseason it.

Anyone ever wonder why whole Pellet grill industry never made an aluminum body grill? Planed obsolecense.

    Neithbors have one of these:

    # PGS A40 Cast Aluminum Natural Gas Grill

It’s been there for 50 years. Course it costs $2k

I’m not saying you should ditch Pellet grills. Only that we have known how to make quality grills that don’t rust for a looooooooooooong time, and for some strange reason we keep pumping this crap out of Big Box stores.
