I’m reasonably new to this but down 8.5lb in the last month – yay go me! I could have probably done with more protein (24%; 75g) but I really wanted a big pile of potatoes with my dinner to satisfy some carb cravings 🤷♀️
It’s been a bit of a wake up call tracking calories as it’s made me realise my portion control was completely out of whack before, particularly when it came to cheese. Babybel and individually wrapped cheese portions have been my saviour the past few weeks.
I probably won’t have that tuna mix again as it felt a bit… dry. The mouth feel just wasn’t right. Time to find something else to stuff baby peppers with as I love them!
