I'vs messed up so badly I might throw up everything in the bin, so please, help me fix them 🥲. I didn't follow any recipe, cause I was in my confident days (aka follicular phase). I've never made them before, and I also never tried one before, so I really don't know what they should taste like. I stored them in the freezer and I totally forget about them until now. Anyway this is what I did so far: I've put almost a full jar (300gr) of peanut butter with, idk, a tremendous amount of coconut flour/flakes (cause the dough seemed to be always too liquid, so I kept adding and adding and adding. and adding.), and now they obviously taste awful, it tingles on my palate and on my tongue and I can't eat them without making weird Jim-Carrey's-faces. What can I do? Thanks in advance 🙋🏼‍♀️🙇‍♀️

So these are just peanut butter and coconut flour? The flavor shouldn’t be bad but the texture may be Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid so these must be very dry.
Experiment on a few balls at a time so you don’t waste a lot more ingredients.
– If the peanut butter was salt free, add small pinches. May take time for the salt to dissolve.
– add some butter, sweetener, and vanilla
– add an egg and sweetener. Bake like cookies.
– Use a blender to purĂ©e with hot water or almond milk for a few minutes. Strain out coconut solids to make a peanut-coconut milk. Flavor with sweetener, salt, and vanilla. Optional, add unsweetened cocoa powder.
Note: You said that your mouth and tongue “tingled”. I assume you would know if you had an allergy to either ingredient. So is the feeling just caused by the dryness or grittiness?
