3 cups flour
3/ cup warm water or warm milk
1 envelope (10 grams) yeast
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
Olive oil
Mix all ingredients in order to make dough.
Let the dough rest in a bowl for about 1 hour
Cut the dough in small balls , then roll over between hands stretching as much as possible , forming a small rope.Put the 2 ends together , then dip rings in :
1/2 cup molasses diluted in 1/2 cup water
Then cover rings in sesame seeds
Bake in pre-heated oven on 440 Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
