INGREDIENTS:
– 1 kg pork meat
– 1 litre of water
– 1 kg leek
– some olive oil
– 1 tsp sugar (it will make the meat tender)
– celery
– salt and pepper
– 1 litre of hot water
For the egg lemon sauce
– 3 eggs
– juice from 2 lemons
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
