Been trying to be better about getting protein in during the workday. This chili noodle recipe took like 5 minutes, I added ground chicken (24g of protein per serving) and used Banza spaghetti (20 grams of protein).

You should try “goodles” dry pasta. My wife and I like it a lot better than Banza or other protein pasta. Has way better texture. Only thing I haven’t seen are the long spaghetti noodles in that brand

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
