    Air fried, extra firm tofu – 13.5oz – 405 calories

    Kimchi – 4 servings(?) – 40 calories

    Oven roasted, sweet potato – 1/2 potato – 50 calories

    Nutritional yeast – 1 tbsp – 20 calories

    Liquid amino – 3 tsp – 15 calories

    Seasoning – onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper – 0 cal (?)

    Hot sauce, amount unsure – 0 cal (?)

    Avocado oil spray, canola oil spray – apparently O calories (?)

    Lots of water

    Supplements so I don’t wither into a carnist.

    About 650 calories total but I don’t own a kitchen scale yet so it could be off a little bit. I only eat two meals and some light snacking and I wasn’t able to finish this meal – leftovers will contribute to dinner.

    55g protein

    26g fat

    39g carbs

    21g fiber

    That looks really good, and I’ve recently become obsessed with Melinda’s hot sauce. Their truffle one is out of this world.
