    I used pork, veal, and lamb meat for this and slow cooked them for around 7-8 hours. Followed Vincenzo’s plate’s recipe though I used a dry white wine instead of red. I absolutely loved it! Ate it with some Barilla’s Pappardelle. When this sauce finishes, I am thinking of making it again using pork, beef, veal blade roasts along with chicken livers. I might even buy fresh pasta as well. This beautiful dish has become my regular now.

    That looks fantastic! You don’t really have to wait to get a dutch oven to make this. Any good saucepan will do if you manage the heat right for a long cooking time.
