• 1 lb Ground beef, lean
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 Yellow onion, medium
• 24 oz Marinara sauce
• 18 oz Tortellini, refrigerated
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Kosher salt & Cracked black pepper 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
