Toad in the hole, potatoes Dauphinous, and asparagus spears. The batter was lovely and crispy on the outside giving way to comforting stodge and juicy sausages. The Dauphinous were creamy af. The asparagus made me feel like I wasn't eating a really unhealthy dinner. This was one of the nicest things I've made and eaten recently. The photo came out really nice as well
