Pro tip: do not use lemon curd as filling 😂 far too thin.

I thought I could thicken it up enough – I could not! Tasted and looked beautiful inside, but preventing the slip when assembling… Oof.

    also, i’m 100% just an amateur baker with no formal training whatsoever so take this with a grain of salt, but i wonder if when you use lemon curd as a filling, if you could pipe some of your buttercream/icing on top of the curd to provide some more stability? i think it might still be a bit slippery/squishy, but maybe the icing on top of the curd might help to hold up the layers!!
