    I’m honestly not a fan of Carbonara or Dried Semolina pasta. It is too heavy for my liking. But of course, as with any cooks starting out, dry pasta is what we will gravitate to as it is the easiest. So here is my take on Spaghetti alla Carbonara.

    This is very good. Nothing bad at all with dry pasta. In fact I believe for carbonara dry pasta is clearly superior to fresh.
