    Sandwich sourdough. I made 4 types of loaves: jalapeno+old cheddar, everything bagel+white cheddar, sunflower seeds+pumpkin seeds, chocolate+cinnamon.

    I bought 2 of these, not from Amazon, got them from Walmart. So covered one with another and baked. I had pan with water in the oven as well. Worked great. [Mini loaves pan](https://i.imgur.com/yZLRA0s.png)

    I’ve tried baking sourdough in a standard bread tin once or twice. But I do also have two mini loaf tins, maybe 4 in long, now I have to try those. The minis look so cute!
