    Looks great! Crumb is awesome. I prefer a darker, longer cooked outside but your cook looks great

    Looks good! Try pushing the bulk fermentation time a little more next , and some of those denser alveoli will open up.

    It looks good. I think you could go longer in the oven though. Let the crust get a bit darker. It gets more flavor. I put it at 428F for 20 minutes covered, then 30 uncovered.
