* ┬╜ tsp ground black pepper (рдкрд┐рд╕реА рд╣реБрдИ рдХрд╛рд▓реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ)
* Salt to taste (рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рджрд╛рдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░ рдирдордХ)
* 1 tsp butter (рдордХреНрдЦрди)
* 2 tbsp fresh cream (рддрд╛рдЬрд╛ рдХреНрд░реАрдо)
Recipe Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan and add black pepper seeds, bay leaf, garlic, and ginger. Saut├й for 1 minute.
2. Add onion, carrot, beetroot, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt and 2 cups of water. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Remove the bay leaf, transfer everything to a blender, and blend until smooth.
5. Strain the mixture back into the pan.
6. Add butter, red chili powder, and ground black pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
7. Stir in fresh cream and serve hot.
