Ingredients:
3 sea bream (Denis fish)
3–4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
A handful of cilantro
5 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 heaping teaspoon Ras el Hanout spice blend
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook the potato slices in a pot of water until fully cooked.
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients (except the fish) until you get a smooth seasoning mixture.
Once the potatoes are ready, transfer them to a bowl and pour about one-third of the seasoning mixture over them. Mix well, then arrange the potatoes in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Make shallow cuts on both sides of the fish, season them with the remaining seasoning mixture on both sides, and coat the inside of the fish as well. Place the fish in the tray alongside the potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 25 minutes.
Once ready, remove the fish and drizzle the sauce collected in the tray over them before serving.
Bon appétit!
