    I feel you 😔 its been my birthday and anniversary and I have been so bad. Tomorrow’s a new day! We can forget and jump back in.

  2. A piece of advice I’ve taken from elsewhere and like to apply to my overeating is don’t let a slip become a slide. Right now it’s just a slip. Not sure if that’s helpful, but it’s what I keep in mind and helps me get back on track without beating myself up.

    Reconsider!

    That being said, meal choices can make or break you.

    First meal of the day should be a sh*t ton of protein. Followd by a high fiber snack.

    I am always better off when I do this.

    This should propell you off into the right direction as you start out your day.
