That dish looks absolutely amazing and delicious. One suggestion: having worked in restaurants, reheating anything with dairy is taking a chance. I add my cream to my individual servings; the soup or dish will have a longer shelf life as a leftover. And I really like tortellini.
Oh Carrie, don’t eliminate pork sausage, instead be choosey about where you source it. I buy ground pork in bulk, from an organic farm, and season it myself. So many options, mix it half and half with ground beef etc. Keep up the great work, prayers and hugs and looking forward to more content from you.
