Simple vanilla cream with fresh fruit on top. These are addicting and I had to restrain myself from eating all of them. This is my first thing I’ve made after doing a deep restoration on my mixer I got from my parents, including a full tear down and regrease.

Those look amazing! But of course because I’m a tinkerer… I’m curious how hard it was to restore the mixer. I’ve taken the head apart on mine once to tighten up the screw that was getting loose when it was mixing … but it is in desperate need of a new gasket and regrease at the very least. Not sure if it’s worth it since it was purchased as a refurbished one… 15 years ago now! ☺️
