Dry rubbed them with baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and tablespoon of rotisserie chicken seasoning. The key is letting them air dry in the fridge for an hour up to 8hrs. I love making my own blue cheese but this was just Marie’s Super Blue Cheese. Half sauced in homemade Frank’s buffalo sauce, adding fresh garlic is great choice. Turned out super super crispy very happy 🀀
