One of the signature appetizers here, 2 thick cuts with really nice texture. Very high expectations for this meal which were exceeded.

    Although I have eaten lots of sushi, I have never had katsuo. I just looked it up. The internet says it is rarely available outside Japan. That is too bad. THose cuts look great. And the serving dish is gorgeous.
