I have cheat meals weekly. The majority of the time I get wings. I'm going to start posting my wings when I have them. These were traditional buffalo. Very meaty.

To really let you know this really isn’t a cheat meal. This is a very solid meal. No sugars x carbs. You could eat this everyday and lose weight.

Wings actually aren’t that bad, they are a little high in fat and run around 95-120 calories a wing. But if you eat like 8 and some vegetables and don’t lather them in a sugary sauce, they can be a solid meal when dieting
