Okay so LOL at my attempt to do a cico plan for 10 lbs loss – but atleast I’ve been on my tracking 😭😂? Anyways – I am wondering how this is working when it says my tdee is ~ 2000, shouldn’t I have gained like 4 pounds by now? It says my net calories is +13000 – so does that mean my tdee is higher than 2000?

I am Female/5”4/147lbs athletic with good amount of muscle but definitely about ten pounds of fat I’d like to lose

I’m gonna step up and actually smash a cut soon … just get so flipping hungry whenever I eat 1700/1800 for like a week lol.

    This seems wayy over complicated.

Maybe try 1500 total intake for the day, everyday??

This is the spreadsheet I use!!! Your TDEE is anywhere from 1905 to 2095 calories. The more weeks you input, the more accurate it will be. If you’ve only put in 7 weeks, up to 5 more weeks would be more accurate. Mine is within 100 calorie range now, and I don’t gain weight at the lower number.

I use this same spreadsheet, I have 15 months worth of data. I know it seems counterintuitive, but it seems more accurate with less input. I weigh myself almost everyday, but I only include my lowest weekly weight on the spreadsheet.

Our bodies have so much inherent fluctuation due to ton of things. Hydration, sodium intake, menstrual cycles, all that fun. I try to eliminate some of that fluctuation, it seems to be giving me more accurate results. I recently have switched to maintenance and I’m staying between the same 3lbs.
