I froze cubes of leftover fried rice. Today I am making broth. The idea is to make cubes of broth and add to the rice for a single serving. Would freezing cubes of noodles work too? My sodium is limited to 2000 mg a day and no salt substitutes and I miss Ramen.

Please post your recipe(s)!
We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
The noodles would likely turn to mush if not disintegrate when thawed.
How much sodium is in the noodles for ramen? Why not just make your own broth and use the noodles?
Asian store has tons of noodle options bet you could find a lower sodium option. I know rice noodles are usually low in sodium but different texture than ramen noodles.
Have you frozen ramen before?
What kind of containers are those? Where did you get them??
