  1. THE BEST FRANKS ARE MADE AND SOLD AT FOREST PORK STORE BEST EVER, RIDGEWOOD QUEENS AND HUNTINGTON, L.I.N.Y…..🌭🌭🌭🌭 4 FRANK SCORE!!

  2. Snouts, spleens and sphincters. Don’t think they waist anything that goes into the slaughterhouse. They don’t toss the piles of ears, eyelids or udders. It’s all ground up into a big pink slurry and squirted into bowels or natural casings as this presentation calls them. Um umm, stuffed bowels. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

  3. We put our hot dogs in the food processor, grind them up, putting the meatballs/dogs in soups and spaghetti and meatballs!
    YUMMY!

  4. I knew someone who worked at Schneider's back in the day. Hotdogs were made from the scrap meat on the floor.

  5. "HOTDOGS" in North America are garbage. I would never eat one. All of the garbage meats are ground together and spiced up and then they add cancer causing sodium nitrate they say to preserve colour. Well I have news for you, real pork, that is pork that is not force feed corn, oats and barley, the meat looks more like beef, the way it looked for thousands of years before man started raising hogs in barns.

  6. Sodium nitrate causes migraines for my wife. So i have to get ones that dont have it added.

  7. Aside from your smoking technique. Which comes in a 45 gallon barrel and not from actual wood and fire.
    Good video.
With that said. A hotdog is a good meal from great protein sources.
    If u like hotdogs.
    Pay for the better ones.
    Less fat content.

  8. when one can get 8 wieners for about $1.25 it is difficult to order a gourmet hot dog for about $10

  9. Interesting how they are made. Love hot dogs. BURN MINE PLEASE, and load it up with everything! lol.

  10. What drives me nuts is when they mix meats. Especially putting disgusting pork with they better beef, turkey, or chicken. Why not make the difference and have them all of one meat or the other? Prokaryotic is just gross.

  11. You MISSED a whole part of hotdog history. They were originally served on white gloves with expectation that customer would return them. Most of them didn't and t is what encouraged hot doggers to move to bread

  12. What's a jalapo? Whoever made this video doesn't know how to pronounce jalapeños (hal-o-pe-nose). Funny.

  13. Oo kraut!! Uck. A favorite hot dog is from Tommy's World Famous in California and Nevada. Hot dog with mustard, chili, cheese, onions, thick slice of a tomato, and some pickles.

  14. I enjoyed this video, but the fact he kept pronouncing jalapeños wrong was hillarious.
