hello! how is this helpful? no measurements, temps etc. you can't just throw yeast, flour , buttermilk together and end up with this.

I cannot believe that — in 2025 — you are still using poisonous 'vegetable' [i.e. seed] oils in recipes for human consumption. Get with the zeitgeist. Substitute healthy, delicious and nutritious butter (or ghee). Your Yank drop scones [sorry: 'pancakes'] will improve exponentially.
