  5. hello! how is this helpful? no measurements, temps etc. you can't just throw yeast, flour , buttermilk together and end up with this.

  6. Does he make large batter? It seems like it would be really difficult and time consuming to make single-serve batter every time.

  7. I cannot believe that — in 2025 — you are still using poisonous 'vegetable' [i.e. seed] oils in recipes for human consumption. Get with the zeitgeist. Substitute healthy, delicious and nutritious butter (or ghee). Your Yank drop scones [sorry: 'pancakes'] will improve exponentially.

  8. What morning time or time in general / day of the week can I go to your restaurant and avoid the heavy crowd scene???
