Dry brined overnight and double fried in a corn starch and flour mixture. Sauce is home made mango habenero on the last pic. Super crispy and no loss of juiciness. I had to freeze about half of them and gonna give some to family.

  1. Also I got the wings at Costco, they’re pretty decently sized and it was about $22-25 for the whole pack plus two extra packs that I cooked a couple days ago, so about 60-70 wings in total for the pack. I’m never paying $1+ per wing again lol
