Not watching the NFL hand the Kansas City Swifties another Super Bowl so I went ahead and made wings for lunch.
20 mins then flipped for another 20 mins
30 second sear each side
Tossed in the homemade buffalo sauce
Not my best but solid. I do not recommend that blue ribbon chicken on this application because way too much cumin. Might work better in a Mexican style dish.
