350 calories each. 2 lb ground turkey, 2 packets low sodium taco seasoning, 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese each, little green onion, mission carb balance flour tortillas. 350 calories with plenty of protein and fiber. 2 lbs makes 8 burritos total. Wrap them in foil and in the freezer. Ready whenever. No butter or oil needed.

I do something similar and add blended cottage cheese and a few laughing cow wedges to increase the protein and creaminess
