Ben and Jerry’s topped raspberry cheesecake

I’m mad. The graham cracker crumble on top and pieces are so good, and so is the white chocolate ganache, which is so thick and creamy I kinda wish it wasn’t just at the top. Though I could only dig in little by little so it doesn’t spill. Now what I’m mad at is the lack of raspberry swirls. Might as well have called it graham cracker cheesecake ice cream cause I didn’t taste or see the raspberry until I was over halfway done. (5th pic is when I finally got the raspberry) Like I finished this in one sitting cause I was looking for the raspberry. Worst part is the swirls taste so good but I barely had any cause they were literally at the bottom. I got this cause when we I see posts about the strawberry cheesecake (which I love) people mention the raspberry. I see why now that I’ve tried it but I hate that this was my first impression of it cause I barely got any raspberry. I still prefer the strawberry cheesecake but this was great. B&j’s really need to work on being consistent cause this is twice in a row now that I’ve dealt with lack of advertised swirls
