2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef and half a pound of hot pork sausage Seasoned with SPG and red chili flakes In the pot is a diced white onion, diced jalapeño with about half the seeds left in, a bunch of tomato stuff, about 16 oz of beef stock and about a teaspoon of a ghost pepper hot sauce. It’s got a really good spice to it without being unbearable. Can’t wait to slather it over a glizzy later.

I have been doing this over the top Traeger smoked chili for the past two years. Always works out great! All the drippings go straight into the chilly without any loss.
