Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. 2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef and half a pound of hot pork sausage
Seasoned with SPG and red chili flakes
In the pot is a diced white onion, diced jalapeño with about half the seeds left in, a bunch of tomato stuff, about 16 oz of beef stock and about a teaspoon of a ghost pepper hot sauce. It’s got a really good spice to it without being unbearable. Can’t wait to slather it over a glizzy later.

I have been doing this over the top Traeger smoked chili for the past two years. Always works out great! All the drippings go straight into the chilly without any loss.

Have made this several times, always a hit.
