Most people shop the way they’ve always shopped, and it’s costing them big time. But here’s the thing: I don’t grocery shop like everyone else. For over a decade, I’ve hacked seasonal eating, sale cycles, and shelf cooking to stock my pantry with real, nutrient-dense food——all at a fraction of the cost. And no, I’m not talking about clipping endless coupons or chasing every sale. This video will show you exactly how to break free from the grocery store’s grip and start shopping smarter.
Oh, and speaking of putting real food on the table… I just shot my first doe! More on that inside. 🦌🔥

  1. Great video as always Cassandra. Thank you for speaking of Becoming Outdoor Women. I looked at my state and they have a workshop coming up

  2. Venison is so good. I grew up feeling proud of a 12 pointer hanging from th window, the doe taste better and we had to pay someone to bother it but every year without fail growing up venison … The only thing I killed was a ground hog I was about 15 and was so happy with me.a family friend always ate the ground hog.
I knew how to clean fish rabbit and it all yes dad was an expert at it all a good shot and the best fisher man he EXCELLED!
    Enjoy I'm A little jealous😆

  3. No, we never did all that you are doin fish dear, pheasant duck geese rabbit you make it look easy though

  4. It’s amazing everyone is so supportive with your hunting as a lot of people have no idea without hunting the animal population would get out of control….. congratulations

  5. As I'm listening about the different guns you're mentioning, I immediately thought of the Great American Outdoor Show taking place RIGHT NOW in Harrisburg and am very curious if you took the ride up there to check it out! We went last weekend and it's a hunters dream!

  6. You are amazing….. brings back memories of my grandparents. Last time I saw my Grandma she had a deer hanging on the supports to the clothesline.

  7. My husband has always been a hunter, and I did not hunt until all the kids were grown. We have 3 girls who tried it out with their dad and dont hunt, but our son would live for hunting. I began hunting in my 40s, and now my husband is my hunt supporter. I completely understand the excitement i could see on your face after your hunt. Congratulations. I so enjoyed your story and seeing all the details!❤

  8. Congrats on your doe! I personally couldn't hunt because I am too tenderhearted but would gladly jar up
Some venison lol. Around here, hunting is a necessity because we are overrun with deer and they cause many car accidents. It is so fun to see you checking things off your list. Thanks for sharing all
    Of this with us!❤

  9. Intelligence, passion, common sense, thinking outside the box, and beauty all in one package!
Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and wisdom with us! I absolutely love your natural curiosity and hunger to go learn and teach and how engaging/animated you are! Just love your personality!
And, yes!! You absolutely have the right to be proud of yourself!! Congratulations on your hunting score!

  10. These recipes are so unique and creative … not to mention healthy! Thank you!! May God bless you 🥰🙏🏻

  11. I'm new here, but I just signed up for your email list. I love the recipes and I can't wait to try them! (Especially that 🍊🥤🤤) I love that you've provided instructions on how to store and then cook them for meal prep!

  12. New here – I shop for 1, $35/ week and eat healthy, save $, and include meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, dairy and carbs. Some weeks more of this category or that because I find most foods last me through several meals if not a couple of weeks. I use coupons, clearance, loss leaders, sale items and managers specials to stretch my grocery budget. I do not shop at warehouse stores but regular grocery stores.
However, I am always looking for more ways to save. ❤ the Bread Boat – that recipe looks restaurant quality.
    Thanks for the info

  13. I 💯concur on memberships. I do participate in Bountiful Baskets and am extremely lucky that one of the volunteers lives very close to me and is a retired nurse so she doesn’t mind dropping off. There is no way I could participate otherwise because I work 12 hour night shifts on the weekends we have pickups. I recently, finally found, our farm cooperative and great news; they are open to the public three days a week and I’m going Monday! I would join this but same issue with pickup, not going to work for me but I love that I can still support my local farmers! Produce, meat, and dairy 🎉🎉🎉.

  14. Make the orange dream anti inflammatory by adding some turmeric for color and a pinch of black pepper. It then becomes more medicinal ❤. Could even add dark chocolate for a health boost. Possibilities are endless

  15. When i first started this video i was like heck yeah, rep the huntress when i seen your shirt lol ❤. We have done full homeschool school days field dressing, butchering, and tanning hide with our kiddos. So many people have lost that important knowledge!!!

  16. Yay!!! I’m so proud of you my fellow hunter!!! It’s a feeling like no other when you can take a shot and realize your shot was perfect!! 😍 ❤❤❤

  17. Great video,❤it. You are so naturally beautiful without makeup. Your hunting and cutting skills are awesome for it to be your first deer. The recipes look delicious. Will try them. Thanks for sharing.😊

  18. I haven't been able to access the monthly pantry chats emails for months. I keep getting error messages. Would anyone that knows how to access them let me know how, or would you be able to share the chart sheets and recipes?

  19. oh wow, I'm in montreal quebec canada, and I happened to find your chanel today, so happy I found you!!!. Inspiration and I realized how many dishes look delicious as well you created. wow!!! I'm inspired to cook. I spend roughly 700 in grocery weekly. Now, I'm inspired to expand my recipe and shop smart.

  20. Congrats Cassandra you are officiallly a farm girl. While I could not watch everything because I am squemish/Due to the season we are in now I really appreciate the skills you have and are developing.
