    I don’t use seasoning, just enough salt to coat it heavily and it’s amazing

    I like a little salt and pepper, even with great quality meat. Biggest thing for me is 5-10 degrees more temp before resting too rare for my taste

    Your steak steak if you like it this way, continue on

    Steak needs no rub. Just an overnight salt brine and finishing salt at the end.
