Lotus Three Milk Cake Recipe!

Step 1:
Eggs 4 (room temp)
Sugar (granulated or powdered)120g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
All purpose flour 120g
Oil 1/4 cup
– In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
– Add the vanilla extract & baking powder and mix well.
– Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, mixing until just combined, avoid overmixing.
– Add oil and mix lightly.
– Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
– Bake in the preheated oven at 150Β°C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
– Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
– Remove the baking paper and place the cake, turning it upside down, into baking dish.

Step 2:
Milk 2 cups
Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 3/4 cup
– Combine the milk, evaporated milk, cream, and condensed milk. – — Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
– Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
– Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake.
– Allow the cake to absorb the milk mixture. You can refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight to enhance flavor.

Step 3:
Whipping cream 100ml (chilled)
Lotus Biscoff spread 1 tbsp (room temp)
– Beat both of these until soft peaks form. Spread this mixture on the chilled cake and place it back in the freezer for an hour.

Step 4:
Lotus Biscoff Spread 80g
Oil 2-3 tbsp.
– Combine these two ingredients and mix until a silky smooth mixture forms. Spread this on top of the cake.
Step 5 :
Lotus biscuits 4
– Crush the biscuits into a powder and sprinkle these crumbs around the sides of the cake. Chill the cake and enjoy your homemade Lotus Biscoff cake!
