    Detailed recipe ➡️ https://marcwiner.com/en/koren-fried-wings/

    Chicken wings
    Batter:
    Cornstarch (or potato starch)
    Rice or wheat flour
    Eggs
    Cold sparkling water
    Garlic powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Sauce:
    Garlic (minced)
    Gochujang
    Light soy sauce
    Honey
    Butter

In a large bowl, mix the batter ingredients until smooth.

Coat the chicken wings in the batter, kneading with hands, and let rest for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a pot to frying temperature. Fry the chicken wings until lightly golden and crispy.

Reheat the oil to a higher temperature and fry the wings a second time until well browned.

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sauce ingredients and stir until thickened.

Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.

Dang, those look good. I’m very glad now that I saved some Korean BBQ wings and drumsticks in the fridge.
